POLÍTICA DE PRIVACIDAD
SoftGuard ha desarrollado la aplicacion Seguridad Entre Todos. Esta aplicacion es proporcionadas por SoftGuard y están destinadas a ser utilizadas tal como están. Este producto ha sido diseñado exclusivamente para su uso como una herramienta complementaria para sistemas de monitoreo de alarmas a distancia. Esto implica que si no ha contratado este servicio con su empresa de monitoreo de alarmas y no le han indicado específicamente que descargue esta aplicación en su teléfono celular, la aplicación que está a punto de adquirir NO TENDRÁ NINGÚN USO. Esto significa que no cumplirá su objetivo, que es proporcionar las herramientas necesarias para generar una alerta temprana ante eventos específicos (preconfigurados como tales por los clientes); siempre a terceros, no relacionados con el desarrollador y titular de esta aplicación. La declaración anterior es de suma importancia, ya que esta aplicación es una herramienta que conecta al usuario con una persona física o jurídica que brinda un servicio de monitoreo remoto de los eventos definidos y activados por el usuario (entre los mencionados a continuación). Si esta persona o entidad no existe, el evento no será recibido ni atendido por nadie. Esto hace que sea imposible responder al evento. Por lo tanto, el usuario de esta aplicación no recibirá asistencia cuando se envíe un evento. Esta aplicación está destinada a ser descargada solo una vez y de forma perpetua. Quienes descarguen la aplicación lo harán directamente desde la tienda de aplicaciones correspondiente al sistema operativo de su teléfono inteligente. Una vez descargada, se otorgará acceso de por vida a las descargas de actualizaciones de mejoras de forma gratuita.
LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD: El desarrollador y titular de esta aplicación limita su responsabilidad EXCLUSIVAMENTE al correcto funcionamiento de la aplicación. No es responsable de manera directa ni indirecta del funcionamiento de las conexiones utilizadas por el teléfono inteligente (Internet, Intranet, sistemas telefónicos, etc.). De la misma manera, el desarrollador y titular de esta aplicación no se hace responsable de las acciones u omisiones atribuibles a la empresa de monitoreo de alarmas a distancia elegida por el usuario o cliente. La indicación de cuáles son responsables de la articulación de esta aplicación se efectúa simplemente por poseer sistemas de gestión de eventos compatibles que sean compatibles con las funciones mencionadas anteriormente. Sin embargo, esto no puede interpretarse como una extensión de la responsabilidad de dichas empresas con respecto al desarrollador y titular de esta aplicación.
COMPATIBILIDAD CON EMPRESAS DE MONITOREO DE EVENTOS: Para que esta aplicación funcione correctamente, el comprador debe ser cliente de un centro de recepción de alarmas que cuente con el sistema SoftGuard. SI NO ES CLIENTE DE UN CENTRO DE RECEPCIÓN DE ALARMAS CON EL SISTEMA SOFTGUARD, NO DESCARGUE ESTA APLICACIÓN, ya que no funcionará ni cumplirá su propósito.
ACCESO A SU UBICACIÓN: Esta aplicación de seguridad tiene la función de acceder a su ubicación (si el usuario acepta los permisos de acceso a su ubicación). Esta función, si el usuario la activa, permitirá obtener la ubicación del dispositivo, ya sea con la aplicación en segundo plano, si está abierta, o cerrada. De esta manera, el receptor de alarmas central puede ayudar cuando el usuario lo necesite. Esta función es de vital importancia, ya que al enviar un evento de emergencia, se enviará la ubicación del usuario para que el proveedor de servicios de seguridad pueda localizarlo y proporcionar la asistencia correspondiente. Al enviar un evento, el usuario puede ver la ubicación enviada al centro de monitoreo.
RECOLECCIÓN Y USO DE INFORMACIÓN: Si elige utilizar nuestra APLICACIÓN, acepta la recopilación y el uso de información de acuerdo con esta política. La Información Personal que recopila el centro de alarmas se utiliza para brindar y mejorar el Servicio. No utilizaremos ni compartiremos su información con nadie, excepto según se describe en esta Política de Privacidad. Los términos utilizados en esta Política de Privacidad tienen el mismo significado que en nuestros Términos y Condiciones, que son accesibles en la APLICACIÓN, a menos que se defina de otra manera en esta Política de Privacidad. Para una mejor experiencia al utilizar nuestro Servicio, es posible que le solicitemos que nos proporcione cierta información personal identificable (por ejemplo, su número de teléfono y su nombre). La información que solicitamos será retenida por el centro de alarmas y se utilizará según lo descrito en esta política de privacidad.

SoftGuard has developed the Seguridad Entre Todos application. This application is provided by SoftGuard and is intended to be used as is. This product has been designed exclusively for use as a complementary tool for remote alarm monitoring systems. This means that if you have not contracted this service with your alarm monitoring company and have not been specifically instructed to download this application on your mobile phone, the application you are about to acquire WILL HAVE NO USE. In such a case, it will not fulfill its purpose, which is to provide the necessary tools to generate an early alert for specific events (preconfigured as such by clients), always directed to third parties not related to the developer and owner of this application.
The above statement is of utmost importance, as this application is a tool that connects the user with a natural or legal person that provides a remote monitoring service for the events defined and activated by the user (among those mentioned below). If such a person or entity does not exist, the event will not be received or handled by anyone, making it impossible to respond to the event. Therefore, the user of this application will not receive assistance when an event is sent.
This application is intended to be downloaded only once and on a perpetual basis. Users who download the application will do so directly from the application store corresponding to their smartphone’s operating system. Once downloaded, lifetime access to updates and improvements will be granted free of charge.
The developer and owner of this application limits its responsibility EXCLUSIVELY to the correct operation of the application. It is not directly or indirectly responsible for the operation of the connections used by the smartphone (Internet, Intranet, telephone systems, etc.). Likewise, the developer and owner of this application is not responsible for any actions or omissions attributable to the remote alarm monitoring company chosen by the user or client. The indication of which companies are responsible for integrating this application is made solely because they have compatible event management systems that support the aforementioned functions. However, this should not be interpreted as an extension of the responsibility of such companies with respect to the developer and owner of this application.
For this application to function correctly, the purchaser must be a client of an alarm receiving center that uses the SoftGuard system. IF YOU ARE NOT A CLIENT OF AN ALARM RECEIVING CENTER WITH THE SOFTGUARD SYSTEM, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APPLICATION, as it will not function nor fulfill its intended purpose.
This security application has the function of accessing your location (if the user accepts location access permissions). If enabled by the user, this function will allow the device’s location to be obtained whether the application is running in the background, open, or closed. This allows the central alarm receiving center to provide assistance when the user needs it. This function is of vital importance, since when an emergency event is sent, the user’s location will be transmitted so that the security service provider can locate the user and provide the appropriate assistance. When sending an event, the user can view the location sent to the monitoring center.
If you choose to use our APPLICATION, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. The Personal Information collected by the alarm center is used to provide and improve the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible within the APPLICATION, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy. For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information (such as your phone number and name). The information we request will be retained by the alarm center and used as described in this Privacy Policy.
We are committed to safeguarding your information. We use the most advanced systems and continuously update them to ensure that there is no unauthorized access.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Therefore, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. This policy is effective as of January 4, 2021.
